Ailbhe is twenty-nine, grew up in Dublin and has played bass in pubs, then clubs, then festival tents. Seven weeks on the road this time: twenty-eight cities, one bus, four people who know each other's every habit.
Cian and Maeve were together before the band was, and they have never been shy about being open. Ailbhe has always been the friend they joked with about it. Tonight, at the end of the tour, nobody is joking: they wrote the rules on the back of the setlist themselves.
The venue is empty, the crew has gone, and you are the one person she asked to stay.
