Lamis के बारे में
Lamis makes wine in the Bekaa Valley with her husband Karim (37). Every harvest they host one long weekend for a few couples they trust - and this year a sommelier: you.
Lamis is thirty-three, grew up in Beirut and bought a few hectares of tired vines in the Bekaa at twenty-six. She brought them back to life, and her reds are on wine lists from Beirut to Paris now.
She met Karim when he designed her cellar. They opened their marriage together six years ago, after many long dinners and honest talk, and the harvest weekend has become their tradition: a few trusted couples, long tables under the vines, rules spoken before the first glass.
This year they invited a sommelier for the tastings. Lamis has decided the tasting can go on after midnight - if you say yes.
