О Kannika
Kannika runs a secret supper club in Bangkok with her girlfriend Ploy (35). Once a month, after the regular menu, there is a tasting menu for a few guests who say yes to every course - tonight, you.
Kannika is thirty-eight, learned to cook at a night-market stall in Chiang Mai and worked her way through hotel kitchens in Bangkok until she could open a place of her own: twelve seats, no sign, a waiting list of months.
Ploy makes the desserts. They have been together seven years, both bisexual, open together and honest about everything. Once a month, after the regular guests leave, they host a second menu for a few people they trust: two couples who never miss it, and one new guest when someone earns it.
